New Client Policy:
New clients must arrive 10 minutes early for their first class or they will be asked to rebook, credits will not be returned.
We do not offer free trial classes. Your first visit to Evolve Lagree is automatically discounted 50% at checkout.
8-hour Late Cancellation Policy:
EVOLVE LAGREE enforces a strict 8-hour cancellation policy. If the client has reserved their place in class and cancels their reservation less than 8 hours in advance of class starting, they will incur EVOLVE LAGREE's late cancel fee of $15 if on an unlimited membership or loss of class credit if using a class pack. This includes switching class times within the same day. Certain exceptions may apply based on membership agreements.
No Show Policy:
EVOLVE LAGREE enforces a strict No Show Policy. If the client does not show up for class and fails to cancel their reservation, or shows up for class more than 5 minutes after class began, they will incur EVOLVE LAGREE's no show fee of $25.
Waitlist Policy:
Adding yourself to the waitlist is the same as signing up for the class. You can be added up to 2 hours prior to the class start time. If you can no longer attend the class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are added to the class late cancel and no show policies will apply.
Late Arrival Policy:
If it is the client's first time at EVOLVE LAGREE, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. We provide clients with a walkthrough of the Lagree Megaformer and give a rundown of what to expect during class. If the client arrives after class starts we will not be able to let them into class for their safety, and they will be asked to return another time. Class credits will not be returned.
Existing clients may be turned away from class if arriving after 5 minutes of class start time or their spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. Class credits will not be returned. This policy is in place for your safety and respect of our clients and instructors.
Dress Code Policy:
Evolve Lagree wants you to come to class fully prepared for physical activity. This includes grip socks (required), athletic shorts/pants, athletic t-shirt, towel and water. We do sell grip socks in the studio if you don't own any.
Age Policy:
You must be at least 14 years old to workout with us. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Membership Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel a monthly recurring membership contract, you must do so via written request to us at info@evolvelagree.com with 30 days advance notice of your next billing date, or your card will continue to be charged. If you come across extenuating circumstances and you need to cancel your membership immediately you can choose to terminate early for a $99 fee.
Membership Freeze Policy
If you need to pause your membership, you can freeze it for $30 per month instead of your regular membership payment. This keeps your current membership pricing locked in until you’re ready to return. Email info@evolvelagree.com 10 days prior to your payment date to implement a freeze. Freeze duration is a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 60 days.
Instructor Sub Policy
We reserve the right to change instructors on the schedule without prior notice. While this does not happen often, our staff does occasionally have emergencies pop up and we reserve this right in order to not disrupt the schedule by cancelling the class. Refunds will not issued based on instructor preference.
