Yep even those trampoline or old hospital socks will work - but grip socks are required for your safety. We sell them in the studio if you don't own a pair!

We do our best to make sure you're out of breath in class, but in case you're not - please save the chit chat for after class. These 45 minutes are to focus on you and we want our clients to be able to focus on themselves without distraction in the studio. We definitely want to catch up with you after class!

Our classes are small so it's noticed when someone runs in late. Out of respect for our clients in class, any late arrivals over 5 minutes may be turned away. If it's your first class and you're not 10 minutes early, it's best to rebook for another class.

Our late cancel window is 8 hours prior to class time. Late cancels result in a loss of class credit or a $15 fee if you are on an unlimited plan. No shows results in $25 fee no exceptions.
