Okay... This might be my favorite post yet!!! Today we are sharing our FAVORITE breakfast meals that we look forward to every morning! Let us know if you try out one of these recipes & tag us on Instagram @evolvelagree so that we can see!

1. Banana Oat Pancakes
The most versatile breakfast everrrr! Easy to top with different fruits or even add some protein into the mixture. The options are endless but here is my personal favorite! I am always searching for new & healthy ways to create healthy pancakes because lets be real.... who doesn't love pancakes?
Ingredients:
1 banana mashed
1/2 cup quick oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1 egg
a dash of coconut sugar or your personal sweetener of choice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
Nut butter of choice
Banana or any other desired fruit
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Syrup/Honey/Agave

2. Easy 20 Minute Chocolate Granola
Okay.... My absolute & by far FAVORITE breakfast ever. I make a batch of this weekly & cannot recommend it enough! It's literally like chocolate coco pebbles but healthy!!!!
To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl mix the following.
DRY Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 cup crushed quaker rice cake (trust me on this) OR 1/2 cup quinoa + 1/2 cup nuts
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup dried fruit
2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp chocolate protein powder OR an additional 2 tbsp cacao powder
Mix well before adding WET Ingredients:
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/3 cup agave (honey or syrup works just as well too)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola mixture out evenly. Place in the oven to cook for 10 minutes. Take it out and mix the granola around & place it back in the oven for an additional 8 minutes. Once finished, let cool then ENJOY!!! I like to add yogurt & fruit to my granola or make it a topping on my açaí bowls! (recipe posted below)

3. Açaí Smoothie Bowl
A summer STAPLE!! Once you try this, I promise you'll be addicted! Açaí is extremely rich in antioxidants and comes from a natural açaí palm tree native to Central and South America. You can get frozen açaí packets located by the frozen fruit or açaí powder in the health part of your local grocery store.
Ingredients:
1 frozen açaí packet (I personally like Sambazon's unsweetened one)
1 frozen banana
Handful of spinach
Handful of frozen blueberries
Almond milk (start by adding a little then add more as needed when blending)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
OPTIONAL:
Cacao powder or substitute chocolate protein powder
Add to a blender & combine until smooth. You want the mixture to remain thick, not runny like a smoothie! (although you could turn this into a smoothie)
Toppings:
Chocolate homemade granola from above
Banana
Strawberries
Blueberries
Nut butter
Drizzle of honey
And there you have it!!! Enjoy!!!!!

4. Breakfast Pizza
Where are my savory breakfast lovers at??? This one is for you!
Ingredients:
1 flatbread or tortilla of choice (I use Joseph's Pita Bread & Lavish Wraps from Walmart)
1/2 avocado
5 fine slices of tomato
1 egg
Handful of spinach + 1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
Spread your avocado on top of your base of choice
Add your olive oil spinach on top
Add tomato slices
Pan fry egg then add on top
Bake for 10 min on 350 (you can eat without baking!!!!)
Season with red pepper flakes
This is not only delicious, but also EXTREMELY time efficient & perfect for those busy mornings!

5. Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal
Yep.... You heard me.... Do I even have to explain myself on why this one is a favorite?
Base Ingredients:
1 cups quick oats
1 cups almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon Roll Filing:
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon Roll Glaze:
1 tbsp plain greek yogurt

Turn down the heat & let simmer until oats are soft
Prepare the filing by combining all ingredients
Prepare the glaze by combining all ingredients
